Projects delivered and property closed
What we have delivered, and how we count it
Since inception we have taken construction projects and property transactions through the full cycle. The figures on this page cover completed work only; projects still on site are not counted until they have been handed over.
Client names and deal values are confidential by default, so most of our record is presented in aggregate. Where a client has agreed to be named, the project appears in full on our case studies page.
References from past clients are available on request once a mutual confidentiality note is signed.
Residential work leads the order book, followed by commercial fit-outs, industrial sheds and interior projects.
Most projects run between 2,000 and 20,000 square feet of built-up area, the range our site teams are structured around.
A project counts as complete only when the building is handed over or the sale deed is registered, never before.
The measures we hold ourselves to on every file
A construction project is counted when the building has been handed over and the snag list signed off by the client. A property transaction is counted on registration of the sale deed. Work in progress, booked orders and letters of intent are not counted, however advanced they look.
We do not count projects where we supplied labour only under another contractor, jobs abandoned by the client before mobilisation, or property introductions made by other brokers. Where work was executed jointly, it is recorded as shared and described that way to anyone who asks.
Our project register is maintained file by file with dates, scope, contract value and completion record. Prospective clients may ask for references, and we will connect you to past clients who have agreed to speak, and where possible arrange a visit to a completed job.
