We take a project from the first site visit to the day you get the keys. Drawings, quantities, rates, approvals and the payment schedule are all settled in writing before we mobilise. If you have a plot and a plan, GET AN ESTIMATE
We take on a limited number of projects at a time so that each one has a supervisor who is actually on site. We work on clear-title plots with sanctioned or sanctionable plans. Where approvals are missing or the budget will not carry the brief, we say so at the survey stage rather than halfway through the slab.

What you provide
The plot papers and the brief
Title documents for the plot, the approved building plan if you have one, and a clear brief on what you want built and what you are willing to spend. If the plan is not yet sanctioned, our team will take it through.

What it costs
Fixed before we mobilise
A rate per square foot of built-up area against a written bill of quantities, or an item-rate contract where you prefer to control materials yourself. The payment schedule is tied to completed milestones, and no advance runs ahead of work done.
