Terms and Conditions

The terms on which we provide our services

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of thecorps.in and any enquiry, registration or order you place with The Corps Ventures Private Limited. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you accept them. Where you sign a contract with us, that contract prevails over anything on this page to the extent of any conflict.

2. Engagement and Scope

Nothing on this website is an offer or a commitment to build, to buy or to sell. Our work begins only when a written contract setting out the scope, rates, schedule and payment terms has been signed by both sides. We may decline any enquiry or project without giving reasons, and we accept work only where we can staff and supervise it properly.

3. Your Obligations

You agree that the information and documents you give us are true, complete and yours to share. Where a document turns out to be forged, altered or materially misleading, we will stop work immediately, the fees paid to that point are not refundable, and we may report the matter where the law requires it. You also agree to keep your login credentials secure and to tell us at once if you believe they have been misused.

4. Fees, Confidentiality and Conduct

Payments are due as set out in your contract and in our published pricing. Each side agrees to keep the other’s confidential information confidential and to use it only for the project. You agree not to engage our site staff or our vendors directly, behind us, during the project or for twelve months after it ends, and not to use this website to send unlawful, misleading or infringing material.

  • Give complete and truthful information, and update it when it changes
  • Produce original documents for verification when we ask
  • Take your own legal and tax advice before you sign
  • Do not engage our staff or vendors behind us
  • Do not use this website for anything unlawful or misleading

5. Liability and Governing Law

We build and we trade property. We do not guarantee that an approval will be granted, that a property will sell, or that any projected yield or valuation will be achieved. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability on any project is limited to the amounts actually received by us under that contract, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
