Senior people stay on your project from the first site visit to handover.The Corps Ventures is led by a small group with backgrounds in civil engineering, project management, real estate transactions and regulatory compliance. Every estimate and every contract is signed off by one of them before it reaches a client. The structure is deliberately flat, so decisions on rates, materials and site problems are taken quickly and by people who are accountable for them.

Where the team works from
Our office at Vipul Business Park, Sector 48, Gurgaon sits within reach of the sites and the land corridors we work in most often. Drawing reviews, material selections and contract signings are hosted here, and estimates are gone through in person rather than emailed and forgotten. Visits are by appointment, so the right people from the projects and property desks are in the room when you arrive.
