Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when money paid to The Corps Ventures Private Limited is refundable, when it is not, and how to cancel a contract. It applies alongside your signed contract, which prevails if the two differ.
Project payments are billed against completed milestones, inspected with you on site, so at any point you have paid only for work already done. Materials delivered to site are chargeable at cost even if you stop. Statutory payments such as sanction fees, development charges and utility deposits are paid at actuals on your behalf and are not refundable by us.
- Completed work already billed is not refundable
- Money paid for work not yet started is refunded in full
- Materials delivered to site are chargeable at cost
- Statutory payments made on your behalf are not refundable
- Refunds are paid within thirty days to the originating account
Cancellation must be sent in writing to support@thecorps.in. On receipt we stop work, secure the site, issue a final statement within seven working days showing what was completed, what was billed and what is due back, and settle any refund within thirty days to the account the payment came from.
If we are the ones who withdraw, because a site condition or an approval finding makes the project untenable, anything paid for work not yet started is refunded in full. Where a contract is terminated after a document has been found to be forged, altered or materially misleading, no refund is payable. Enquiries, the site survey and the first estimate are free, so nothing arises there to refund.
