How we collect, use and protect your information

The Corps Ventures Private Limited treats everything you share with us as confidential. This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, how long we keep it and what control you have over it.

We collect information in two ways: directly from you when you register, submit an enquiry or hand over documents for a project, and automatically when you use this website. We do not buy personal data from third parties and we do not sell or rent yours to anyone. Information given for a construction project or a property transaction is used only for that job.

This policy should be read with our terms and conditions and our cookie policy. It is governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it applies to us.

What We Collect

  • Name, contact details and correspondence address
  • Entity details, KYC documents and identification records
  • Financial statements, bank statements and tax filings
  • Property documents, title records and valuation reports
  • Website usage data, such as pages visited and forms submitted

We ask only for what a project actually requires. If a document is not needed to price, build or close your transaction, we will not ask you for it, and if you send it anyway we will return or destroy it.

How We Use It

Your information is used to price and run your project, to prepare drawings, estimates and the title or diligence file, to meet our legal and KYC obligations, to raise invoices and keep statutory records, and to respond to you when you contact us. Where a file has to be shared with a lender, a buyer, a valuer, a vendor or counsel, we take your written instruction first and share only the part that party needs. We may also use anonymised, aggregated data, with no names or identifying details, in market notes and internal reporting.

Disclosure, Retention and Your Rights

We do not sell your data. Beyond the parties named above, disclosure happens only where the law or a court or regulator requires it. To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, write to support@thecorps.in

  • Access: ask for a copy of what we hold about you
  • Correction: have inaccurate details put right
  • Erasure: ask us to delete what we are not required to keep
  • Withdrawal: withdraw consent for any future use

Completed project files are retained for the period required by law and then destroyed. Requests are acknowledged within two working days and answered within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response, write to a director at support@thecorps.in
